You know, I don't think it's a race thing, so much as a "today's kids" thing..from what I've noticed, anyway. There are SO many parents who don't actually keep track of their kids, punish their kids for being bad, or really give a rat's heinie about what their kids do. It's really sad that we have to see all of that, while we're trying to be good parents.
